Using this site means accepting the terms below.
1. Informational purpose
The site publishes a selection compiled by the editorial team from publicly available sources. It is not an offer within the meaning of civil law, does not act as an intermediary in booking appointments and does not provide dental services. The editorial team has no capital or organisational connection to any of the clinics described.
2. Sources and currency of the data
All data — including prices, opening hours, scope of services, dental teams and ratings — was collected on the date given on the home page. Clinics change their price lists and their offering without involving us, so information should be confirmed directly with the clinic before a visit. The editorial team does not guarantee that the data is complete and current at any given moment.
3. Medical disclaimer
The material on this site is informational and does not replace a consultation with a dentist or doctor. It is not a medical recommendation, diagnosis or prescription. Decisions about treating a child — in particular about inhalation sedation or general anaesthesia — should be taken only after consulting a clinician who knows the patient's health. In an emergency, contact a medical facility or call 112.
4. Limitation of liability
The editorial team is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of material on this site, nor for the course or outcome of treatment at any of the clinics described. The choice of clinic and the treatment agreement are matters between the patient and the clinic.
5. Rights in the content
The text, structure and graphics of the site are protected by copyright and belong to the editorial team. Copying material in full without permission is not allowed; quoting with attribution and a link is. The names, trade marks and logos of the clinics described belong to their owners and are used solely to identify those organisations.
6. External links
The site contains links to the websites of the clinics described. We have no influence over their content and are not responsible for it. The links are not affiliate links and earn the editorial team nothing.
7. No advertising
The site sells no advertising. There are no paid positions in the ranking, no sponsored material and no affiliate links. The rules determining the order are set out in our ranking policy.
8. Contact from clinics
A clinic described on the site can report an inaccuracy in the data to kontakt@najlepsza-stomatologia-dziecieca-krakow.pl. We check the report against the source and correct confirmed errors, noting the date of the change. We do not remove a clinic from the selection simply because it asks us to, where the data published is accurate and taken from public sources.
9. Governing law and changes
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The editorial team may amend these terms; the version published on the site, bearing the update date above, is the one that applies.
